We strive to get your items to you ASAP, this means using local postal companies to assist. We do charge a small fee to get your items to you, if you need them express it is a little more.

International Shipping

We do apologise, however we are still working on developing ways to ship international.

Local Pick Up

For those that live local to Pimpama Gold Coast, instead of having to pay for postage we are offering a click and collect service. Please select this option at the checkout and once order is placed, our friendly team will be in touch.

Returns

If you product is faulty, please notify us straight away so we can organise the return. Depending on the issue we will either offer you a full refund, get you to post the product back to us, or give you a store credit.
